Working Under Ownership Arrangement

This paper tries to give a method to study the income and output of the economy. In chapter 1 we review the theory and empirical test of the income distribution. Background of this paper is introduced in this chapter. In chapter 2 we give the basic model. In chapter 3 we develop a model of multi-task to study the overall income of the workers and the wage policy of the firm with two objectives. The income distribution among the workers is deduced in this chapter. In chapter 4 the model of ownership arrangement was extended to give the relation ship between the market environment and the income distribution among the three players in the imperfect market. The conclusion of chapters and chaper4 can explain the collusion of the theories about the income distribution and the development.
