Killed, injured, hurt, traumatized, exploited, abused, manipulated or perverted for anv violent statement in their bodies and spirit. Nowadays, that is the situation of many children. This study focuses on the "child'' especially "The Protection of children's rights" to understand their real problem, therefore being able to help and protect them. This paper includes two parts which are rights on the child and the violations of children's right. Each part is divided into two chapters: The whole paper comprises four chapters. The first part talks about children as human beings. Consequently, they have full right and need even more attention because of their vulnerability. The first chapter of the first part shows that children have right to live, to grow and to learn how to become somebody with an open mind and feels comfortable and confident with the color of his skin. In short. They have right to survival and development. The second chapter explains that right to speak and to be listened is now a fundamental part of International Law. That is not enough; children must also be protected from any situations that are harmful for them. The second part talks about children's rights violations which are very common problems appeared in different ways. The first chapter of the second part focuses mainly on the concept "Child Labor' and the abominable situation endured by children workers. Child labor is not only a developing country's problem. In spite of the effort of International Labor Organization(ILO) to adopt several fundamental convention as regards child labour, and in spite of the creation of international conventions relating to the rights of child, by the united nations, the child labor remains. Two of the worst violations of children's rights are examined in the second chapter: sexual exploitation of children and maltreatment which have a bad consequence in children's health, psychology and dignity. It shows how our world is deteriorated. This part shows the violation of the Convention on the Rights of the child (CRC) which aims to ''the best interest for children".In addition of all those problems is the armed conflict. In international armed or non-international armed conflicts, both affect children's life. Twenty million killed in one hundred fifty armed conflicts between 1945 and 1982. A section of this chapter shows how States violate children's rights by engaging them to participate directly or indirectly in armed conflicts. In spite of these problems we are still optimist that children's situation will be improved by paying attention to their education. In addition, an education means that children are less likely to be trafficked or exploited as labored, and less vulnerable to abuse and violence.Education is the fundamental solution for children's problems but other factors all possible.
