Simple Analysis Of Social Insurance Property-Rights

Our country is in the reform period of the social insurance system at present. The establishment of the social insurance frame indicates that the new-type social insurance system has already been established progressively. But, social insurance system is puzzled by many problems such as the deformity of interests mechanism, lagging of legislation and the serious bug in the administration system etc.Regarding the Theory of Property-Rights as the theoretical foundation, this text try to set up the Theory of Social Insurance Property-Rights on the basis of what our forerunners have already had achieved, and use this theory to evaluate and analyse the Chinese and foreign Social insurance system. The introduction presents the basic concepts and contents of Property-Rights Theory at first, and then clarifies the directive significance of the theory to the Social Insurance Property-Rights. In Chapter I, the Theory of Social Insurance Property-Rights has been brought forward. In this Chapter, the author attempt to describe the origin causes of formation of the interests mechanism and its unstability in the social insurance system through the definition and analysis of a series of concepts, categories such as Social Insurance Property-Rights and its system, etc., and offer an objective standard for mode selection of Social Insurance system through the discussion on the efficiency of social insurance property-rights system. Chapter II based on the Theory of Social Insurance Property-Rights, carry on evaluation and analysis to the social insurance system of foreign countries. Chapter III use the Theory of Social Insurance Property-Rights to analyse the troubles exists in the social insurance system of China at present and its origin causes.
