The Intrinsic Logicality In The Development Of Financial Systems And The Reformatory Direction Of China's Financial System

From the functional perspective, the two major financial systems, market-oriented financial system and bank-oriented financial system have respective advantages and disadvantages. In this paper, we investigate the course for early financial system and analyze the process of two major patterns. We point out that there is the intrinsic logicality in the form and development of financial systems. The factors such as law environment , ideology, system inertia as well as government attitude have decided a national financial system form and development. On the foundation of review the reform course of our country's financial system for more than 20 years, from the angle of intrinsic logicality of financial system development to point out the rationality of this kind of reform, the major characteristic as well as still existing defects. From the intrinsic logicality of finance system development, think that the financial system of two typical cases does not be optimum, opposite, their comprehensive body is better, it should become the direction of the financial system reform of our country.
