The Enhancement Of Understanding "The Three Great Laws"

The topic of my dissertation is to further the understanding of "The Three Great Laws", which are the law of the Communist Party in power, the law of socialist construction and the law of development of mankind. Rapidly further the understanding of "The Three Great Laws" meets the need of strengthening and improving the Party-construction entirely in the new century, enables Chinese people to comprehended and carry out the spirit of the 16th Chinese Communist Party's Congress and build up a well-off society on the whole, and will staunch the confidence in marching along the socialist road of Chinese characters.First of all, the scienticfic connotation of "The Three Great Laws" must be properly be grasped. "The Three Great Laws" is an unseparated organic compound that differs from and connects with one another. The pattern of Communist Party in power promulgates the internal, intrinsic and inevitable relations of various actions of Communist Party in power, which can be regularly divided into the two types: the essential Law and the non-essential Law. The former requires the Communist Party in power to act in accordance with the important thought of "the Three Representatives"; the latter, on the other hand, enhances the style of work of the Communist Party in power according to "the Eight Fors and Eight Againsts".the law of socialist construction brings to light the essential relations of action and construction in a special society, that is, one in the socialist construction by means of summing up the overall experience in the world socialist movement, esp, our socialist construction. The law of socialist construction makes up of a much complicated system which can be further divided the law systems of construction material, political and spiritual civilizations, and so forth.The pattern of development of mankind shows the law of actions and development of mankind from the far part to modern times, in which the essential law is the pattern that production relations have to adapt production forces, and allthe other laws are non-essential laws."The Three Great Law Systems" play different roles in our socialist society. The law of development of mankind is a general and essential pattern. The law of the socialist construction is a pattern owned only by socialist societies The law of the Commits Party in power possesses the quality, status and function of superstructure. Moreover "the Three Great Laws" are different in time and space. At the same time, "The Three Great Laws Systems" integrate, permeate, restrict and spur one another. Hence, "The Three Great Laws System" functions a composite force function.The general quality of "The Three Great Laws" is the important thought of "The Three Representatives" while the latter is the significent theory achievement gained by furthering the former so that the important thought of "The Three Representatives" should be carried out firmly if we act according to "the Three Great Laws". In actual fact the form of realizing "the Three Great Laws" is the motion mechanism in which it functions, that is, a certain theory, itinerary, guideline, and policy including the coherent system and institution.The 16th Congress of our Party has elevated up the understanding of "the Three Great Laws" to a new level. In the law of Communist Party in power, the report of the 16th Gongress has called on the whole Party to remain a spiritual condition of marching all along with times, regard the economic development as the first task, keep in close touch with people all the time and improve the construction of our party with a spirit of reforming.
