A Research On Perfecting The Security Mechanism Of Representatives Of National People’s Congress

:The System of National People’s Congress (NPC) is a basic political system of China, which is a historical choice relating to Chinese culture made by New China based on the current situation. The right security mechanism of Representatives of NPC made NPC is the political core of China. The present NPC mechanism cannot provide the proper chance for the Representatives to speak, which means that this mechanism do not meet the demands of the development of reform and opening policy.In order to perfect the mechanism, laws shall be made to improve the rules of procedure, highlight the initiatives of the representatives in the procedure, and emphasizes the protection of the right to speak of the representatives. Hopefully, through the above methods, the protection of the procedures of representatives of NPC is effective, so the whole system is steadily developed and effectively established.
