Properly Comprehending And Deepening The Marx's Labor Value Theory

In the last 20 years , the great practice on building our market economy under socialism with Chinese characteristics has put forward the rigorous challenges to the Marx'Labor Value theory since the reform and open－door policy . Therefore,"To deepen our comprehension on Labor and Labor Value theory" has been put forward at the 3th Plenary Session of the 15th Central Committee and the "July Day Lecture of President Jiang Zeming". This caused an unprecedented big discussion on it . At the 16th National Congress , new treatises about labor,technology and capital has led to another discussion on how to look on the income of the owners in private enterprises and the exploitation and the service industry as well . The heated point is whether and how Marx'Labor Value theory should be persisted in and developed under the conditions of market economy .To comprehend and deepen the theory properly , we must make clear first the differences between Marx'period and the present situation in our country , in which our economic system has changed greatly and our market economy has made a great progress . Second, we must understand the connotation and extension of the labor value theory properly, define which thoughts of the theory are permanent, without changing along with the time, and which thoughts are unavoidable in persisting in and developing the theory. Third , the purpose to comprehend properly is to develop it scientifically , The paper points out that practice is the source of enriching and developing the Marx'Labor Value theory . Therefore , it is essential to erect the fundamental bearing and the train of thoughts in developing the theory , and it is also essential to open up the applicable conditions and spectrums of the theory more .Finally, the paper makes a further study to the new trends and characteristics in developing the theory , the fundamental oriention of inauguration of the theory , and to the proper deepening of the theory .
