Researches On Termination Decision Of R&D Project

It's practically important to terminate a R&D project just in time due to its high risks and increasing investments. This study put forward a dynamic contingency model of assessment index system based on a five stage activity-decision theory. We consider the reason why the bad project is difficult to terminate in behavior finance and collective belief perspectives and give some countermeasures to improve the decision's rationality. The thesis also focus on the related problems after the terminate decision. This study will be helpful to give an insight on the project management and avoid the waste of bad project successfully.
