Real estate has been noticed by the public as the main industry in one area or one country. However, this industry has been to an abnormal stage that plenty of buildings can not be sold, on the other hand, the average people are painful to find that they can not afford the burden of the house price. The reason is because of poor research in real establish marketing, and the theory and practical knowledge need to be studied further.This paper is aiming at the research of the theory and practical knowledge in the real estate marketing in the field of the building for living. The way of research is to use the elemental knowledge of marketing, the practical measurements in real estate, gaining feasible theory of real estate marketing and practical knowledge.The main achievement in this paper includes location target theory, which is to settle the character analysis of all locations. The theory in this paper focus on the theory research, which contains 11 kinds of factors to influent the sales, and analyzing in details.
