| The object of this article is to analyse the plot around zijinshan which is formed into a new big plot in the house market of Nanjing. The reason why I select this plot is that many slap-up houses will be built there. The article tends to give some good suggestions to the similar items.The article is divided into three parts. The first part just makes a study of the investment environment, analyse the macroscopic environment and the district environment and then predict the trend of the industry of real estate so that the right time and rhythm can be grasped.In the second part we study the background and the future market of this plot, analyse the advantages and disadvantages of this item and the other similar items so that we can make out the strategy.In the third part I show my strategies according to the experience, modern economy management theory and the characteristics of this item. |
