It provides a valued reference on how to utilize data mining technology to build a churn management model and how to implement a churn management model. Then the thesis gives a reference framework on the enterprise churn management system and gives an opinion on integrating activity-based costing method into churn management. By implementing the churn management model and controlling the customer service cost, a company can not only improve the customer retention but also decrease the cost of customer retention and keep the high-valued customers. At last, the thesis gives the whole work flow for churn management.
