This paper mainly researched the problem of losing clients in Shanghai JD Investment Consulting Co.,Ltd.Our company has been keeping rapid development since founded. But for losing clients, there is a great decrease in our turnover recently.In order to research the problem of losing clients,we must analyse the types of clients is losing firstly. Differentiated by the value, the types of clients are low-value,potential-value,high-value,top-value. Differentiated by the relation between clients and our company, the types of clients are labile-relationship.dients maintains-realtionship.our company maintains-relationship,stable- relationship.Thereafter, I create a two level model to differentiate showing and reasons of losing clients.The model is divided into two level:showing-level and reasons-tevel. Showing-level contains five parts correspondingly defined by criterions of visibility,manner of dients,interaction,time,procedure.Reasons-tevel contains three parts correspondingly defined by criterions of our company reason,dients reasons.environment reasons.Finally,I put forward the solution to the problem of losing clients.Our company should establish clients relationship management department.and then make efficient communication with clients.meanwhile, clients oriented should be core of our company's culture and our company should run internal marketing.
