This text is divided into seven chapters altogether. It was discussed mainly about a series of service marketing tactics that were adopted in order to strive for more telecom client resources. Serve marketing tactics were included three kinds of relations as follow, namely the relations of company- clients, staff- clients and the company-staff. This text was discussed around these three kinds of relations.Chapter one was preface, which has explained the background of this thesis.Chapter two was a basic theories part of the thesis that has discussed the basic theories frame of the serves marketing tactics.Chapter three expounded the fact of the overview of the competition of serves marketing for China Telecom trade. This chapter analyzed mainly not only inside and external environment condition of enterprises but also their own strong and weak position.
