The mind of the university students who seek the right initiatively and protect for themselves very thin.At last, put forward some thought to protect the right of the university students: to develop the marketing economic quickly to promote modern change in law culture, to improve the right mind of the whole people, to deepen reform of the administrative system in the high school, to give energetic to carry out managing education and school according to the laws, to strengthen the research of the theory and work out some basic and the crucial questions of the theory, to strengthen legislation consummate the rules and regulations in education and clear up the rules in the school.
