Bullying is a kind of special and frequent types of infringement in middle and primary school.It is a kind of long-term universal phenomenon in school,repeating use of physical,language,network or personal attacks deliberately oppress and hurt others,it is an abominable behavior in school to hurt victims body and mental,let them in the pain.the essence of school bullying is building up the "small society" from students and this small group will gradually formed a unique social contract about student rights inequality between bullying and oppression.It has the three characteristics respectively is "unbalance force","unprovoked deliberately" and "repeat".Bullying occurs during adolescence not only seriously affected the mental health of those bullies,victims,bullying/victim,but also bring huge negative impact on onlookers,parents,schools,and even the whole society.In this paper focused on YinChuan area middle school bullying behavior present situation,characteristics and correlation factors,then introduced the type,form,frequent time and place some relevant staff attitude of bullying behavior in junior high school students.In the mean time we analyzed the bullying causes and bad effects.The investigation and analysis as follows:(1)the junior middle school students bullying behavior main body participation rate is higher,and the ratio increased with the increase of age were show U curve(the second grade >the third year > the first grade);(2)gender in bullying behavior in junior high school students to participate in has obvious difference;And school category and whether for resident student,in junior middle school students participate in no obvious difference in bullying behavior;(3)grade,nationality,family category,whether the demographic variables such as the one-child in junior middle school students bullying behavior of the bullying has no obvious differences,and the clear difference in terms of bullying others;On the contrary,whether it is the class cadre in the middle school bullying,there are differences in is bullied by others,but no significant differences in terms of bullying others.The reason behind the escalating bullying is complex and changeable,in addition to the subjective factors such as teenager's physiological and psychological changes rapidly,there also has some complex social causes such as family parenting style,school management,lack of the related content of ideological and political education and the propensity for violence in mass media and so on.To reduce bullying behavior.in this paper,we based on the moral education from two aspects of ideological education and moral training to provide effective measures for family,school,students,and also provide some support to those who participated in anti-bullying.
