Study On The Performance Management For Commercial Bank

Base on the performance management theory, the thesis analyzes the features and the practice operation of commercial banks, studies deeply the whole process of the performance management, including establishment of performance plan, the implementation and management of performance plan, performance appraisal, performance feedback and interview, application of performance appraisal. By using the Success Key Element Analysis of the enterprise strategy, the thesis also discusses the method to set up the key indicator system for commercial bank and to establish the key indicator management procedure. The thesis uses the case of CCB Henan branch, analyzes the necessity and feasibility to roll out the performance management system in CCB Henan branch, explains the implementation process and related issues. Finally, the thesis summarizes and proposes the perspective of the performance management for the commercial bank.The thesis helps to improve the human resource management of CCB Henan branch and will bring practical and theoretical value to commercial banks that plan to establish sound performance management system.
