With the development of IT industry and the keen competition in telecom market, it comes to be the most important task for a telecom enterprise to study and design a suitable strategy for its management and long development. This subject thesis is based on the study of the analysis of the strategy of the development of Shijiazhuang Mobile Communication Company, it centers on the analysis of the key affective factors of the enterprise.Firstly, this article reveals a general status of the development of the world's and the nation's mobile market, secondly it analysis the competition environment of Shijiazhuang. In addition, it forecast the development of the users of mobile phone under the usage of LINEAR Analysis, Curve ESTIMATION Analysis.Then this article make a definition of "Strategy", and analysis how to make strategy. Using this, the article design the strategy of Shijiazhuang Mobile Communication Company, including the marketing strategy, the HR strategy, the product strategy, the service strategy, and the information strategy.
