Now there is a big change to the financial corp. in the world. To the circumstance about manage of the banking, there is a great challenge, for the more competition in the banking and the higher about the customer's personalize requests. The banking will lose the source of customers if they can't find the solution with efficiently and quickly.Customer Relationship Managerment (CRM) to bank is important direction of development in the future; It is a solution and trend, It can help the financial institution to set up the loyalty of the customer and distribution channel, Improve customer's relation, The profits of distribution channel and products With and occupation rate of market.Through investigating and studying, the implementation, developing and present situation of CRM system in China and other countries have been analyzed in detail. The author uses MIS, stratory and other management theory to study the external circumtance, the problem of custormer managerment, at the last, the author express hiself viewpoints about how to successfully carry out the CRM system about CCB Bank, HN province branch. Both other province branch, commercial bank in China and other fincial companies can refer this paper during CRM implementation.
