Suzhou Small Firms Financing Problem Research

Suzhou small firms are absolutely necessarily at developing suzhou economy. Small firms play an important role in increasing employment and improving science and technology output of products and export trades. Those small firms get fast and fine developments have already been significant content of suzhou economy. But still there are some factors embarrassing small firms' development. In these factors , the outstanding problem is small firms financing. If this problem cannot be well solved, small firms cannot get fine development and it will affect suzhou general development. This thesis's aim is to try to solve this problem. Firstly, it clarifies small firms' action from learning theory. Secondly, through analytic demonstration, we research and conclude suzhou small firms financing status and try to analyze existing all kinds of financing channel and method. Finally, we put forward our advice and idea and emphasize government' role in advancing small firms development.
