With the rapid development of the market economy, the market is becoming more and more diversiform, the needs of the customers are becoming more and more individual, and the market competition becomes more fierce day by day .the corporations have to put the new thoughts of the management into the strategically planning continuously, the human resource development and the management of the customers relationship. As a result, the customer's relationship management becomes an important factor to make an advantage circumstance in the market competition. So, How to operate the customers as an assets, how to use, maintain, develop it, and how to make it increment, has important meaning to the corporations.This paper is based on the marketing management theory, its main content is to solve the problems exist in the relationship between the Jinduicheng Molybdenum Mining Corporation (JDCMMC) and customers, it aims to help the JDCMMC to exploit, get and keep the customers on the greatest degree , help them to have a good situation in the market competition.Before this paper, the author has studied a lot of the domestic and international papers on the customer's relationship management. This paper is based on those theories. At the first, in order to give a foreshadowing of the following Chapters, the paper makes an analysis of the inside and outside environment of the JDCMMC and a discuss of the problems and the reasons of the Customer's relationship management. At the second, the paper gives a conceptual design of the customer's relationship management. This conceptiondesign mentioned the customer's information collection, analysis and discernment. The paper then supplies a design of how to choose and cultivate a number of steady customers which is as the centre of the paper. The whole design is based on the CRM system module. At the last, a corresponding implementation suggestion is put forward, because the corporations need not only a perfect conception design of the customer's relationship management but a platform to carry out this scheme. The platform is set about from inside of the JDCMMC. It will be described from the following aspects: how to reforming the idea of the customers' service, how to perfect the organization, how to strengthen the management to customers, and how to adjust the operation mechanism inside corporations.
