At present, the extra environment for enterprises to survive and develop has changed greatly, and the organization and the management of enterprises should be adapted to the highly developed intra and extra environment. As the consequence, the importance of the communication within the organization increases day by day. In order to gain sustainable development, enterprises will have to share with the employees their target and the concrete measurements following the target timely, accurately and briefly with the strong network within the organization. Only by doing this, can the enterprises gain the understanding, acceptance and support.The effective construction of the communication mechanism within the organization ensures the enterprises to spread, promote and enrich their culture, whose connotation defines the value of communication. The inter-communication is a kind of behaviour of the company, a part of BI, an important way to implement the CI strategies, and also the process of its implementation itself carries the characteristics and the distinctive features of the company, so it becomes the important distinctive behaviour of the enterprises. At the same time, the intra-communication is an important tool for the ideological and political work in enterprises.This paper begins with the concept of communication to study the ways, procedure, direction and function of the intra-communication within the organization. Through the analysis of the present state and the existing problems, the obstacles can be found and the counter measures can be discussed. In the modern society of information economy, enterprises should compete for the survival in a larger market, a more constantly changing and more fierce competition environment, and the intra organization and the staff members are more complex, so in the perspective of the present state and the existing problems of the intra-communication, the enterprises must plan the strategies of the intra-communication to improve it, so as to have a better implementation of their culture to make them in an invincible position in the fierce competition.
