The basic theory is to completely get rid of all kinds of waste and enhance productivity to increase profits and reduce cost. On one hand, all the operation activities must do their duty, developing with the society coordinately, on the other hand pursuing his own profits, for perpetual vitality. The ideas, thoughts and method of TPS has the direct instruct effect on auto-manufacture enterprise. Thus it is of great importance to introduce TPS.TPS includes "Two Pillars" and "One Foundation"."Two Pillars" are punctuation and automation. Punctual production is, based on market requirement and needs, to manufacture products of higher quality, in the needed amount at proper time .Punctual production needs to take improving production as its standard. Automation means coordination between working staff and mechanic equipment. In case, there should be problems of quality, amount and types on the production line, the equipment would stop automatically with indication shown. And anyone who notices troubles has the right to stop operation to remove the troubles. It should be everyone's automatic action to melt quality control into production process.Improvement is the basic condition of TPS,we can say ,no improvement no TPS.Here means: there is always space to improve –to avoid any possible waste from local to whole.Last 80's ,FAW Group Corp. once invited the founder of TPS, Ornotaki, vice director of Toyota, himself to come to China to narrate TPS.In recent years, many subordinate companies of FAW begin to carry out TPS.FAW Jilin Automobile Co.,Ltd. (abbreviated as Jilin Company),where the author works, is the wholly-owned subsidiaries to FAW, from last year on ,begins to carry out TPS.In the light of combining the theory with practice, taking the basic theory and practical operation of TPS as reference, the author analyses the existing production system, production condition and acute market competition environment, it is the necessary choice to choose TPS for Jilin Company's development.At the same time, the employees of Jilin Company have some comprehension on TPS, Though our management level has some distances from TPS, we have strong advantages to other companies, we obtain help and guide from expert of Toyota Company. After carrying out TPS ,the company benefits from it at standard operation,5s,craftwork and material transition .After the analysis, the author finds during the course of carrying out TPS, there are mainly such questions in the company.1.As the vast production system has played a leading role in our consciousness areas and the mostly employees only grasp the primary level of TPS,all these result in pursuing the details but not the whole system's construction.2.As the output rate is uncertain ,the turn of the vehicle is confused ,the basic condition for punctuation has nor formed.3.All for production ,taking more importance on quantity but not quality ,leads to production management and quality guarantee coming apart.4.The result of improvement hasn't anticipated contribution to the company; there are many questions in accessory parts. Comprehensively, the author puts forward such countermeasures:1.From improvement on ,including improvement of ideas,scene,management program, to enhance comprehension on TPS.2.Jilin Company should carry out standard operation, and give some detailed strategy .3.Improve the consciousness of quality and management level to achieve automation.4.Imply the improvement result on production.5.The most important countermeasure is improvement, thus our company can be prior to others. |
