Research And Realization On Military University Students Comprehensive Quality Evaluation Methods Based On Fuzzy Theory

Facing the challenge of the military transformation all over the world and fitting in with the need of our national defense and military modernization in the new century, the contemporary military university is charged with the responsibility to bring up as many as possible the military students who have full-scale qualities, composite knowledge structure, integrated ability to solve problems and high competence of innovation and invention.This dissertation made an exploration of quality education of military university under the goal set by our nation and under the demand made by the current international situation. Based on our study, we built a target system for the quality evaluation of military university students. Considering the characteristics of the quality education in the military university, we established an evaluation model for the comprehensive quality from the perspective of fuzzy evaluation theory. The main result of this dissertation is presented as follows.Firstly, in light of the characteristics of quality e ducation, especially those of the quality education in the military university, we made a study of the components and quality criteria of military students' comprehensive qualities, built the target system of quality evaluation for military university, and provided the connotation and degree of evaluation targets.Secondly, we explored the methods of quality evaluation of students at the military university. By reviewing the fuzzy theory and managing the data collected from education system, we obtained the quantitative result of evaluation. This serves as the foundation for the composite evaluation. As to algorithms, we proposed an integrated method which employs object information and subject preference data to confirm the weights of the target system.Finally, we implemented a software system of military students' comprehensive quality evaluation on the basis of the relation database. With the help of the development kit, such as Visual Basic and Microsoft Access database management system, we successfully validated the software system.
