Counties (districts) Financial Areas Of Database And Application System Is Envisaged

County Financial Database is a comprehensive field database. It is established on the basis of the businesses of finance, taxation, national treasury, and banks for financial accounts. It can implement the network transfer amongst the departments of abovementioned businesses; transferring the financial budget information of income and expenditure. The County Financial Database will assure that the data is correct and relevant and in accordance amongst the various departments. It creates conditions for the financial business to implement paperless office automation, and provide abundant, accurate, and detailed information. The County Financial Database provides convenient and fast network communication; improving the work efficiency greatly and at the same time, supports the management with the timely, comprehensive financial information.This paper first analyzes the present situation of the government information modernization construction and points out that it is necessary to establish the field database during that construction process. The government macro-administration can be divided according to industries into fields of industrial and agricultural production, finance, education, health and social administration. In order to realize the idea of field database, the author selected the construction of the county financial database as the study object. Combined with experiences gained when designing the Financial-Out-Of-Budget Funds Management Information System, and while referring to large quantities of relevant documents, the author explores the way how to implement the financial field database, and provides a design for implementation in future practice. Finally, combined with the present popular developing methods of C/S, B/S modes, the author provides a possible network design plan, and hopes to modify and improve it in future practices.
