Research Work On The Talent's Quality Structure Of Women Scientists

At the beginning of this paper, we discuss the significance and necessity of research work on the talent's quality structure of women scientists. We analyze the status of today's research work in this field and promote its development trend. Then, we demonstrate the contents and methods of this work, focusing on the talent's quality structure of women scientists. We explain its unique characteristics, propose the influence from external causes, and predict, in a quantitative method, its development trend in 21st century. In the fourth section, we compare the colony characteristics of quality structure of men scientists with that of women scientists, based on the difference between two sexes and focusing on the influence from external causes to women scientists. In the end, we expound the reference meaning of analyzing and researching the quality structure characteristic of talents of women scientists. Enlightened by this, we draw the conclusion that, facing the new opportunities provided by the information society for women, it is important for us to develop and optimize the sex roles and train more and more women scientific workers actively.
