Research and Development of IntelligentStock Layout system of Chemical EquipmentAbstract: In chemistry engineering,The chemical equipment making enterprise have to face some Problem in making the equipment after equipment's designing .The first Problem is how to select material to make the layout,that means how can we not only guarantee the Producing Process but also use material economically. The second Problem is that after material choice,how can we Put the material in proper position to avoid mouthpiece vertically .The third Problem is that for every belt of the equipment's material,what angle can we put the joint weld,because the improperly arrangement of joint weld will reduce the equipment's pressure_bearing ability.At present, stock layout softwares are available in the marketplace, but applied to the chemical equipment making seem to be very scalely.The thesis has researched the optimizing condition of material selection and weld joint position arrangement in chemical equipment making technology .The author also discuss the optimized model and develop stock layout software by using Microsoft Corporation's tools VISUAL BASIC.It cans promotion the core ability of the chemical equipment making enterprise by develop stock layout software of chemical equipment manufacturing .
