| At present, large quantities of military personnel, goods transportation mainly depends on ground transportation, with air transportation for the assistance. Comparing to the demand of military struggle preparations for winning the informatization war, there are still many problems. Domestic and international transportation research for the military were also involved in the railways, highways, waterways, aviation, and even pipeline transportation, but the research is rather simplistic; while regional transportation study is lack of the concern of a military point . This paper focuses on the rational distribution of road, rail,sea and air forces transportation in wartime in S military area command(SMAC), make an analysis for the battle layout of road network in SMAC, then we make reasonable ideas and improvement combined with the military operations, the actual needs of current transportation development and the existing inadequacies in several modes of transportation.In view of the special geographical position of SMAC, this paper introduces the natural situation in the district of SMAC firstly, analysis respectively from four aspects: the geography, hydrology, climate and Geopolitics, illustrates the basic characteristics of the natural situation in SMAC, provide the basis for the follow-up study in transportation problems in wartime. Then introduces the four basic forms of transportation: railways, highways, waterways, aviation, and make and current status of several traffic patterns analyzed. Respectively analyze from three aspects: ground transportation, water transportation and air transportation, find out the shortcomings in military transportation during the war, make the objects which could be improved of the military transportation in SMAC clear: the expansion of road network, the improvement of the road capacity, the construction of underground passages, building sea channels, the construction of an airport transportation, etc. In the light of the main operational functions of SMAC and three effects analysis to the transportation network on the functioning of SMAC, this paper focuses on measures of optimizing the layout of ground transportation, including upgrading road grade, capability of railway transportation, the construction of the underground passage, and military transportation informatization enhancement; the main direction of water transportation optimization is the construction of the crossing sea transportation between Dalian and Qinhuangdao, we show the value of this construction by combining military needs and the analysis by mean of the methods of shortest path; optimization of air transportation mainly by the construction of the airports, the expansion of transportation equipment, increasing connectivity between military and civilian, and increasing ground service standard of air transportation. In addition, this theater conducts a brief study for the possible traffic problems outside SMAC, the solution is to strengthen the military air transportation capability. Finally came to the conclusion, the direction of the development of integrated transportation of SMAC in wartime is to take three aspects -ground transportation, water transportation, air transportation-into account, to develop air transportation energetically, and gradually improve the ground and waterway construction. |
