With the science work rapid reformation in the state-owned bank, more and more disadvantages in the traditional management are exposured when confronting the challenge which is brought by the development of information technique. In order to adapt to the new situation in the financial area. construct the management mode in reason. improve the level of management and serve the development of banking ,the Information & Science and Technology Bureau in the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Inner Mongolia Branch decides to resort the new layout to reform current management mode.This paper first introduces the basic information about the science bureau and the actuality of the Industrial and Commercial bank of china inner Mongolia branch.Then analyzes the prerequisite of reformation. Through comparing the system of ISO9000 with the mode of CMM, the paper narrates the significance of using ISO9000 and CMM in this layout.In this paper, we analyze and summarize the advantages and disadvantages in current working . Then brings forward the Layout of Internal Control Management in the science bureau. The layout includes four parts. They are organization structure ., system running ., procedure development and construct the platform of handling official business.In this paper ,we summarizes the effect we have gotten during the layout is put in the practice, at the same time, we bring forward some questions we must pay much attention to.Because the reform is a system project, we will confront several new problems in this course. Be the theory base, the essence thought in the paper will direct to the whole reform process.
