With the entry of 21st century, world enterprises have to face to the condition of economy slowing down and competition from domestic and outside. For the Chinese system integrated company, the most difficult matter is how to deal with the growing scale and cost of Project financing. My paper begins with an induction of an project financing case in Nanning CC Information Technology Co. Ltd, because I have participated all the financing process of the project. I want to make a profound study on the feasibility proving, financing structure, financing methods, financing security and risk management.Project financing rs different from the traditional financing. Further, system integrating project also has its own characters comparing with the common project. So it is a creation for the system to enter into the market of project financing. This article is made of nine sections. In the first section of the paper, I begin with an introduction of some basic operating works of an integrating project in Nanning CC Information Technology Co.
