The housing problem of solving the middle and low-income family has been an important issue that our Party and government always care about very much. Under the condition of market economy, establishing and consummating multiple-level housing supply whose center is Economic-functional-house is an efficient way to meet the housing demand of middle and low-income family. Economic-functional -house is the commercial house which has the character of indemnification.
