Study On The Growth Of Private Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Based On The Phenomenon Of Wenzhou

The prosperity of the private small and medium-sized enterprises in Wenzhou benefits from two factors with culture characteristic of region: (1) Abundant entrepreneur resources; (2) Zoology of enterprise racial groups. This article probes into these two major factors to find out their influence on the growth of the private small and medium-sized enterprises.The entrepreneur is one kind of rare resource with innovative power. Generation of entrepreneur depends on social cultivation of macro environment and microenvironment, as well as entrepreneur's own talent. Entrepreneur's talent is formed by three parts, which are entrepreneur's ability, entrepreneur's quality and spirit of entrepreneurship. To private small and medium-sized enterprises' entrepreneurs, the spirit of entrepreneurship is especially important. According to our study, the reason that Wenzhou can give birth to so many private small and medium-sized enterprises lies in the abundant spirit of entrepreneurship that contained in the colony of Wenzhou. The article mainly ascribes the formulation of this kind of spirit to the region cultural tradition of Wenzhou. Meanwhile, it points out that the spirits of entrepreneurship of social groups can be cultivated through some measures.With the constant growing up of the enterprise, the enterprise puts forward an inherent and realistic request for the entrepreneur's growth. The positive research shows that the problems, such as losing of the spirit of entrepreneurship and theshortage of quality and ability have already shown now to some extent on Wenzhou's entrepreneurs. The existence of these problems has caused whole deficiency of innovation in the group of Wenzhou's small and medium-sized enterprises, and will lead the enterprises directly into a lock-in situation. The article then summarizes the realistic difficulties that these entrepreneurs meet during their growing up, and offers some reference to solve these problems according to Wenzhou's practice.Zoology of Enterprise Racial Groups is an original view from the author. Its formation also has close relations with the region cultural characteristic of Wenzhou. According to our positive research, there are several kinds of external forms of the influence that the Zoology of Enterprise Racial Groups has to the private small and medium-sized enterprise' growth. They are: the influence to the folk financing of the private small and medium-sized enterprise, the influence to private small and medium-sized enterprise' collection group, and the influence to the cooperative association of the enterprises. Zoology of Enterprise Racial Groups offers superior hatching environment and child-care environment for private small and medium-sized enterprise.While admitting the positive function the Zoology of Enterprise Racial Groups has to the growth of private small and medium-sized enterprises, the author pointed out that this kind of ecology brings potential risks. It depends on the restructure of the interior relationships of the zoology to evade those risks.
