Research On The Development Of The Mildium-sized And Small Enterprise Cluster

In nowadays , with the continuous development of the world economy, medium-sized and small enterprises , have already become the most active economic organization with the fastest developing speed of our country. They have played an extremely important role in the fields including promoting market innovation, commercial competition , transformation of scientific and technical result and absorbing employees etc. In recent years, cluster has already become the major cooperative mode of the medium-sized and small enterprises and begun to play more and more important role in economic growth .In order to change its living environment, the enterprise organization form of the cluster of medium-sized and small enterprises originated from one kind of " form an alliance ", and it followed the development of labor division and specialization .This kind of form can bring the external economies of scale, which could fulfill the share of the infrastructure together to the enterprises in the cluster , increase communication and spread of the knowledge , reduce expenses and cost of the bargain.The medium-sized and small enterprises of Shaodong county are devoting to the economic growth in its own particular way. which also become the important factor to promote the economic competitiveness of Shaodong .From the point of the cluster of the small and medium-sized enterprises of Shaodong, this thesis studied the forming and development of the cluster, analyzed the existing problem and reasons of the cluster, compared and contrasted the "mode of shaodong " with " mode of Wenzhou ", and also analyzed the similarities and differences between these two modes, therefore summarized a few pieces of enlightenment for the development of the cluster .In the end last ,the author proposed a series of countermeasures and suggestion in order to promote the development of medium-sized and small enterprises ' cluster of Shaodong.
