The Research Of Groups' Financial Stratagem Based Essential Capital

A country's economy strength and its competitiveness mainly represent in its international competitiveness of the great enterprises and groups. Since our country's opening& innovation, reformation in economic system is developing step by step. A great number of enterprises& groups grow up in finance, chemical industry, energy, electrons etc., which Play more and more important role in national economic development. But their quantity and management quality are still far below than that of developed countries, for instance, scale expansion are paid much attention while the whole benefit ignored, main business are weaken because of overage plural operations. Poor efficiency of harmony in the groups' interior management system causes these groups can't adapt the changed market and lose chances. Information popularizing and flattening organist frame in blind way cause the organism in disorder and so on. So, how to catch up with the developed countries and heighten the whole management level should be the major task researched by theoretic teaching staff and managers in groups and enterprises.Make a comprehensive view of the managing conditions, in the 21-century, we are experiencing two profound transforms, we welcome the new arrivals of the age of information in the industrialized course. Information technology has providing new technical instruments for modern management. As we have acceded to the WTO, the whole world opened the door ahead when we are still busy with our national market place. How to acquire the competitive advantage in this protean global market place? Timely reaction is of course a necessary condition for survival. If a company's interior organism wants to adapt to protean exterior conditions rapidly and neatly, it must be transformed from traditional pyramidal organizing structure to new operation flow, so that the operation flow of groups and the market could be combined as close as possible and information which customers require eagerly could transfer to every annulus in operation. In this thesis, I try to design a managing pattern for enterprises and groups, which takes information: capital as the key annulus or core of operation flow and takes the requirement of customers and development of the society as the subject of research. Meanwhile, considering the quality and the characteristic of the enterprises and groups, we should select and implement the alliance of financial stratagem and the stratagem of capital operation-management under the advanced flow and the frame of operation-management respectively.The thesis comprises five chapters: Chapter one tells three organizing patterns and very characteristics of Chinese groups from angle of their growth. Named the government establishing groups; strong united strong groups and self expand groups. Discuss the pattern of management &control from the mother corporation to their member corporations at present, I summarize four models, namely capital commanding, administration commanding, participate in commanding and flat roof commanding, and then point out the inelasticity on which only based the relation of property right in new situations;Chapter two includes five sections. Section one introduces the essential capital theory which considering information as the core, and section two introduces its operation flows;furthermore, in section three and four, introduces two organizing frames of the corporation and its financial machine-made. In section five, I suggest Committee system in order to realize democracy management under centralization of state power.In chapter three, three sections are included. First, the two traditional financial stratagems are introduced. Section two analyses the differ forms of the stratagems' alliance and their developmental trend. Section three summarizes the development trend of the competition and financial stratagems.
