Faced with the new economic enviroment,financial management has shown the new trend.Capital operation is attached importance to greatly and becomes the barycenter of operating enterprise and a useful means of enhancing enterprise value.The purpose of my thesis is to found the model of enterprise value and analyse the effect between capital operation and enterprise value.The thesis use positive and normative researchmethodStarting with the aims of financial management,this article creates the model of enterprise value on basis of recognizing factors which influence the value of enterprise.The thesis analyses and classify the capital operation,drawing conclusions about the effect of different capital operation and enterprise to the value of enterprise.By analyzing and using for reference capital operation of foreign enterprise,the thesis points out the insufficiency of capital operation in china and indicates the current tasks of capital operation in Chinese enterprise.The conclusion of this thesis has much application value for capital operation of Chinese enterprise and development of enterprise value.
