This doctorial dissertation targets the modern Chinese inland family business as the reserch object, takes economy and culture as two basic analysis dimensions and launches the Chinese family business horizontally and vertically. Vertically, fully recognize the stages character of Chinese family business's initiating and developing and accurately position the Chinese family business in theory and practice.
