Corporate strategy is such a important thing which should be concerned by any kinds of company. Actually, it's connected with the future of company in the "effect" side. However, there are many problems in the strategic practice of company, which have fundamentally depress the living and payoff ability of enterprises and turn their persistent development dream into one big illusion. Firstly, the research studies the practice of corporate strategy, deduce the wrong way about strategy done by company and analysis the essential of strategy. Ultimately, strategy should get rid of the stale and bring forth the fresh, its base point is the demand of customer. It's not doubt that there is a deviation between the essential of strategy and enterprise practice. In this background , the theory of customer value innovation oriented corporate strategy comes forth. With the review, trim and illustration of the research and harvest of this field, this article point out that qualified value creation can bring special drive which makes loyalty come true in customers, more over, company should provide high quality customer value to build the future. The research tries to design a newly strategic model to discuss and solve the problems about how innovation is appeared in company,. Certainly , following this kind of strategic thinking and model is a big challenge to the company's culture, managemental ability and the internal processes. These challenges is also briefly researched and discussed in the paper.
