This report is to evaluate feasibility of the project producing yearly 2000 tons of Zirconia. It is organized into seven sections as follows:IntroductionRationale for value analysis Project description: It is briefly introduced general situation of the project, such as business conception, market demand, project scale, raw and processed materials supply, engineering constitution, instrument and personnel. Project budget: Payment for land, building and instrument is calculated. Value analysis: The project is being evaluated under three hypotheses, which are conservative hypothesis, medium hypothesis and optimistic hypothesis. And in this section, the break-even point and sensitive analysis are calculated. Financing analysis: Two financing methods, share and debt, are analyzed, including the effect of the project value, the change of benefit and risk taken by the shareholders. Non-quantitative analysis: Energy sources economy and environment protection are showed in brief.It could be concluded from the above analysis that with the rapid increase in the market demand of Zirconia, the project is highly feasible and therefore acceptable.
