The evaluation of the comprehensive competitive power of the enterprises is anewly-emerging subject. Nowadays, the evaluation of the national competitive powerhas also achieved a great deal of success. However, most of the evaluation ofcompetitive power usually only provides the outcome of the appraisal whereas itneglects the process of acquiring the outcome and the necessary data. This makes theusers feel unfathomable. They understand the outcome but not the reasons. Moreover,most of the evaluating indicators of the enterprise's competitive power do notconsider the characteristics of the vocation, the future development trend anddevelopment space of the whole vocation which exert important influence on thecomprehensive competitive power of the enterprises.The national structural transformation of electric power is continually developingdeeply and concretely. The market competition of generating electricity has alreadygradually expanded comprehensively. The structural transformation of electric powerhas made the nature and tasks of the enterprise as well as developmentalenvironments that the enterprise is dependent on fundamentally changed. In themeantime, at present our nation has entered into a period of power shortage again.Such comparatively grim phenomena of power shortage have led to enormous spaceof the future market development of generating electricity. At the beginning of thecompetition, all of us seem to stand in the same scratch line. However, theconstitution of the main body of the competition is not same. Therefore, in the futureperiod of time, the distance it runs is also not same. When such external factors asmarket structure and the environments and etc. have varied, the market share theenterprise can gain and the final profit outcome rely on the comprehensivecompetitive power. It is this ability that decides the degree of the future developmentof the enterprise. Therefore, establishing the system of evaluating indicators andadopting the scientific methods to evaluate the comprehensive competitive power ofthe dynamoelectric enterprise seem to be more important.Based on such foundation and background, this dissertation establishes the system ofevaluating indicators and adopts scientific approaches to evaluate the comprehensive IIcompetitive power of the listed companies of the dynamoelectric enterprises. Thedissertation is intended to provide a concise and perspicuous clue and means ofanalyzing and solving problems on a realistic stratification plane to help investors,decision makers and operators as well as analysts predict the future trend ofdevelopment and development information.This dissertation starts from the definitions of competitive power and corecompetitive power. First, the dissertation provides a definition of comprehensivecompetitive power of the enterprise and establishes a mathematical model ofevaluating the comprehensive competitive power of the enterprise. Then, thedissertation combines the vocational characteristics and competition attributes of thenational dynamoelectric enterprises and elicits the definition and characteristics of thecomprehensive competitive power of the listed companies of the dynamoelectricenterprises. Thereby the dissertation establishes a system of evaluating indicators ofthe comprehensive competitive power of listed companies of dynamoelectric vocation.This system includes three aspects, i.e. the characteristics of the vocation, financialmanagement and future space of market competition. Finally, by means ofmathematical computation, the dissertation has elastically provided the scores andranks of the comprehensive competitive power of 41 listed companies ofdynamoelectric enterprises.
