The Study Of Employee Stock Ownership Plan In Sinopec Group

This paper is the ESOP for reform analysis of State-owned-enterprises in Sinopec Group.The theory and practice of Employee Stock Ownership plan originated from Western countries. In 1950s,the United States tried out the employee stock ownership plan. after that,some other countries observed the priorities of this kind of plan and began to learn an imitate.ESOP in our country arises along with the reform of State owned enterprises, it shows strong vitality in the reform of enterprises system during transform of our country's economy. This paper adopts the ways of combination of theory and review, investigation with examples and analyses on question, investigated and discussed the arise and development of ESOP in China, and the problems to be solved in order to perfect the ESOP. In this paper, the writer examined the main conditions and the problems concerned in practices of ESOP in SINOPEC Group.
