The content of this report is about one new company in children reading consulting area. On the basis of providing core products for 3-8 years children reading book, the company extend the idea of 'shared reading' and at the same time provides value added service.The report is the analysis about the company's present and future strategy from five aspects: strategy analyzing, strategy selecting and formulating, strategy evaluating, strategy performing, and strategy controlling.
