A Study On The Periodical Industry Investment Strategy

As the development of economy in China,the channel of investment and finance has been developed more and more,especially,the Chinese stock market has been established for over twenty years. With the depressing and increasing of the store market,the investment of stock is becoming more and more reasonable. With the development of the Chinese Stock Market,it has become as the main channel of finance of the enterprises in China and investment of individuals (including Chinese, overseas Chinese and foreigners). On behalf of a common investor,the study analysis the historic information of the national economy and periodical enterprises which the common investor can allocate, then find out the inner relationship between the national economy and the periodical enterprises,and to give the common investor the easy method to gain satisfactory profits. Firstly, the study analysis the historic information of the national economy (i.e. the Gross National Product), and find that the GNP has been increased for more than ten years. During the continual increase,I found that there are four inflexion points which are in year 1994, 1999, 2000 and 2002, which has positive coefficient with the development of industry that the government has regulated and controlled.Secondly,according to competition and prossession of the resource, the industry is classified into perfect competitive,monopolistically competitive,oligopoly,perfect monopoly industry. And based on the relationship with the change of the national economy, the industry is also classified into three types: the incremental enterprises, the periodicity enterprises and defensive enterprises. By analyzing financial data, the study show that almost periodical enterprise is ranged in the oligopoly industry, which show the correlation coefficient with the national economy is similar to 1, and the periodical enterprises have great weighting of the Gross National Product.At last,based on the scenario analysis,the study gives a conclusion that the common investor should make the invest decision when the Gross National Product give out some singal.
