The thesis researched the hire system which transnational enterprise facing in the company operation in China.The thesis discussed concretely the courses which OKI Electric Industry Co.Ltd., one of the best 500 enterprises in the world ,introduced the Japanese enterprise hire system-"life-long hire system" into her sole-invested company in China, but meet with a rebuff due to special environmental factors in China .And the result accelerated administration department adopted the "disparity structure" hire system base on the actual hireling situation of Japan, America and China , decreased the resignation rate, acquired preferable effect as well.The thesis used the method of case study to lead the discussion of whole article, chose the existent company- OKI Electric Industry(Shenzhen) Co.Ltd., used the qualitative and quantitative research method with graph, data and fact, sum up the relative rules.The thesis drew an conclusion which "life-long hire system" doesn't fit the China due to identity-controlled system, ability-oriented hiring operation, unstable thought. On the other hand, "disparity structure" can not only make employee performance personal ability adequately, but also make good team work in the company. Meanwhile, upgraded the hire system of China, Japan to the transnational enterprise's cultural management. It can be done through below main methods: building up the correct transnational culture management concept; comprehensive understanding for Chinese culture and its actual national situation ; strategy for transnational management.
