Firstly the paper point out that the different views were formed in researching the question of the humanistic thought in Taylor's scientific management. In the second part the paper start with the compare between humanistic management and the management of objectism, through the analysis about the different philosophy in humanism and objectism and clarify the springboard of this question. And learns that the problem of relation between human and object is the core of understanding humanism and objectism, also it is the philosophy foundation of understanding the human-oriented management and object-oriented management. In the third part, through the anglicizing about the history of Hesperian humanism and clarifying it's developmental track and its thought's kernel, then find the Taylor's scientific management's inheritance and development to humanism on this point, at last form the conclusion that Taylor's scientific management integrate humanism and science and bring human relation into management. It is a great development of management. At the fourth part through the analysis about the problem of the instrumental phenomenon, learns that we should analyses it in the view of the development of labor's main-body; through the hypothesis of 'economic man', learns that there is simple human resource thought in Taylor's scientific management; through the analysis of 'spirit revolution', learns that it regards the scientific as a revolution in the management. Through the analysis, the paper opens out the influence humanistic thought in scientific management and point out its localization. At last it points out Taylor's scientific management is still very useful to this period and the development of Chinese corporations.
