In the operation and management of modern enterprises, Compensation administration occupies the strategic status, which is also the core of human resources management. In the process of realizing organization target, compensation distribution always has the magic function as adding an apt word to clinch the point.However, in the model transferring period of the society economy from plan guide to market guide, several enterprises continue to use old times management of compensation system which is out of date. It not only add the difficulties for human resources management, increase management cost, but also cause the decreasing of the whole operation and management level for enterprises. In order to solve these problems, this paper introduce the advanced and mature "broadbanding compensation" and "self-help Benefit". Through the introduction of the above mentioned two new concepts, combining the compensation design of a model enterprise - Sichuan YT Biopharmaceutical Co. Ltd, to set up a complete new and feasible compensation system.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is mainly to introduce some relating basic concepts and theories for compensation design. The main content include: concept of compensation, classification of compensation, Marx Salary Theory, some forms of compensation, the functions of compensation, factors which may affect compensation and some relating inspiriting theories of compensation.The second part is mainly to give an introduction of the target enterprise - YT Medication Stock Co. Ltd. It includes trade analysis, the managing status, organizing and framework, human resources system and analysis for former compensation system of YT Corporation and etc.The third part is the key part of this paper. It combines the status of YT Medication Co., designs newly the compensation system on the base of the former system, and introduces "broad band compensation" and "self-help welfare" in a creative way. It includes the basic principles for how to make working analysis, position evaluation, compensation investigation and compensation design. It also includes compensation orientation, total amount analysis and confirmation, compensation structure and compensation system of YT Medication Co. and etc.The fourth part is the implementation of this compensation project. It includes employees training and relating items preparation before introducing the compensation system, and the evaluation of this project and so on.
