The medium and small-scale privacy enterprises at the stage of carving out for the second time face a great deal of tests and challenges in the fierce market competition and how to tackle the challenges of these final and decisive junctures will concern these enterprises a lot.This paper selects one of medium and small-scale privacy enterprises in Ningbo city of Zhejiang province - Weihua Equipments Co., Ltd. as research objective. The corresponding strategies schemes and some suggestion are provided by the analysis on external and internal environment.There are 8 sections in the dissertation. The first two sections show the background, goal , scale , method of study and the main structure of the whole paper and the understanding of strategy and strategy management.In the third section, there are some materials about Weihua companywhich include the development history , the present situation and the forming process of strategic thought. In its present situation, weihua company' s organization structure, resource and operation condition are introduced.The introduction about the company' s external environment is arranged in the fourth section of the dissertation which analyzes and industry environment of the company. The macroscopical environment analysis includes policy and law , economy environment, society , culture, population and technology analysis. The industry analysis contains analysis about current situation of the cable TV development in our country and the industry structure of cable TV network.It is internal abilities analysis about Weihua company in the fifth section which includes two aspects:1. Internal abilities analysis includes production, marketing, technology , R&D, human resource management and finance management.2. the company' s comprehensive abilities analysis concerns general evaluation and core ability analysis.The sixth part is the focal point of this text which discusses how to make the strategy of company. This part is composed of two respects: 1, the company' s aim and mission. 2, SWOT analysis and strategy choice which involves SWOT sets and the strategic choice model adopted by different combinations and strategy choice. It is presented in this part that Weihua company should Implement the phased development strategy and the first step is the concentrated development strategy and the second step is pluralistic strategy.In the seventh section, the writer provides some personal advises which include the general thought , process rebuilding, organization structure adjustment, human resource enhancement, excellent company culture construction and core competition power cultivation. And the essential goal of this company is to foster enterprise's key competition.In the eighth section it reveals the main conclusion and the limitation of the paper .
