| Our country' s enterprises are faced with the unprecedented competition pressure from domestic and broad, with globalization and the improvement of strength of China. The disposition of the enterprises' resources is optimized due to the higher information level at enterprises. At the same time, the management level and the competitiveness of the business are improved to high degree. By information strategy, the enterprise can go to the world market. As an important part of information strategy of the enterprise, financial information orientation management(FIOM) can cause huge economic benefits. Therefore, the research on the theory and practice problem of FIOM is significant for not only enterprise' s financial management but also improving the competitiveness.This paper thoroughly researches the problem of FIOM, on the basis of the latest results referred to by the domestic and international experts, by taking the method of combining theory with practice. Firstly, the change of the economic environment, the requirement of FIOM and the present condition of FIOM are analyzed, and the correlative problem of FIOM is discussed in-depth, Subsequently, this paper focuses on studying the theory of according finance with operation, complete budget management, dynamic control of capital and business process reengineering. Besides, thedetailed analysis is made by considering the relevant enterprise' practice . Finally, financial internal control is probed into in the process of FIOM.This paper puts forward the thinking method of financial information management, redefines E-finance and makes the new contents of E-finance. By relating theory with practice, how to correspond finance to operation, how to conduct complete manage budget and control capital under network environment. At last, this paper re-makes finance accounting process in the process of FIOM, and rebuilds the system of finance internal control from six aspects such as control of organization and management, system development control and safety control of network system. |
