| Based on a brief introduction to international standards of Technical Barrier to Trade (TBT) and related rules and laws, this paper analyzes the mechanism of TBT and the feasibility to avoid it by using both qualitative and quantitative methods. Afterwards, the paper then puts forward some specific and feasible countermeasures for government and enterprises, so that the electromechanical enterprises in our country can take special means adapt to their own characteristic to avoid the Technical Barrier, such as self-innovation, purchase of technical patent and direct/indirect investment. |
