Consulting is an important industry in the most of developed countries all of the world and still popular today. But in our country, until the beginning of the opening policy, the consulting service appeared to be a new service trade. Through the developing of 20 years, the consulting development in our country has been a growth industry and emerging to format. In the latest years, the business of the managing consultant in our country has been increased rapidly. Some large or more company or group began to receipt and seek the managing consultant service voluntarily. A number of companies will hire the consultant to get the help and support not only in the process of the reorganizations, the practice of the system, but in the reform of the procedure or the output of the new product (service). They hope to get the advice or the wise view of the fortune of company from the consultant. Nowadays, the managing consultant service has started to expand with high speed. But since this kind of investment will cost a large number of finance and can not hinge on the certain result, many groups will pay more attention on the repay of the investment, follow with interest of the scorecard of the consultant. The main body of this writing discussed how to lead to a module of ROI, the way which draw on the experience of other subjects on the analysis of repaying of the investment, and combine with the character of the consulting process. It shares the outcome by comparing the input with the output, easy and understandable. It will show the value of the consulting service, and coming up with the demand of the clients, reflecting the messages exactly and effectively, which can evaluate the process and mirror the effect of consultant.
