Research On Satisfaction Of Rural Human Settlement Environment Improvement Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

China's economic and social development has entered a new normal,new urbanization continues to advance,and new rural construction has also made progress in stages.However,due to historical and other reasons,the issue of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” is still not well resolved.In 2018,the State Council issued the "Country Revitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2022Year)".It clearly put forward the strategy of revitalizing the rural socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and formulated "industrial prosperity,ecological livability,civilized,effective,and prosperous." and took “eco-livable”as the overall goal for the significant improvement of rural settlements environment.As the requirement of the rural revitalization strategy,the construction of comfortable and livable rural settlements is not only directly related to the vital interests of rural residents,but also related to the smooth realization of China's comprehensive well-off society construction and new urbanization goals.Rural residents are the main body of rural settlements and the most important users and beneficiaries.To meet the needs of rural residents is the motivation and ultimate goal of rural settlements.It can be seen that rural residents as the main body evaluate the effect of rural settlements remediation,explore the limiting factors affecting the improvement of rural settlements quality,improve rural living environment,promote rural ecological environment improvement and promote the coordinated promotion of the strategic objectives of rural revitalization,such as industrial prosperity,affluent life,rural civilization and effective governance.Based on the theory of coordination of human-land relationship in geography,this paper selects 23 villages in Jufeng Town,Rizhao City,Shandong Province as the research object,and comprehensively uses field research,multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and multi-class logistic regression analysis to systematically analyze the sample.The status quo of village living environment rectification,and the establishment of quantitative evaluation index system,explore and study the differences and influencing factors of satisfaction degree of regional rural human settlements environment renovation,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve rural human settlements environment renovation.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The overall satisfaction level of village human settlements remediation in the study area is higher,but the satisfaction among sample villages is significantly different.(2)Different types of sample villages have different satisfactions in the improvement of human settlements.There is no significant difference in satisfaction with the settlement of human settlements in villages with different population sizes.However,the distance from the administrative center of the town has a significant impact on the satisfaction of the settlement of the human settlements in the village.The satisfaction of the settlement of the human settlements in the sample villages far away from the town administrative center is higher;Under the terrain conditions,the difference between the villagers' satisfaction in the hilly village and the plain village is not obvious.(3)In the sub-system of the regional rural human settlement environment remediation satisfaction evaluation system,the satisfaction of each subsystem is unbalanced.The satisfaction of the five subsystems in the sample village is as follows: social and human environment not less than infrastructure not less than living environment not less than natural ecological environment not less than public service facilities.The satisfaction structure of the five subsystems of different types of sample villages also differs.Among the villages of different population sizes,social and cultural environment not less than natural ecological environment not less than infrastructure not less than public service facilities not less than residential environment;villages in different districts,public service facilities not less than infrastructure not less than natural ecological environment not less than social human environment not less than living environment;different In the topographical villages,public service facilities not less than natural ecological environment not less than infrastructure not less than residential environment not less than social humanities environment.(4)From the satisfaction of specific indicators,the satisfaction of each factor is obviously different.Areas with better settlement of human settlements in the study area include security status,village beautification and disaster prevention;indicators with lower satisfaction include river treatment status,sewage discharge status,health room renovation facilities and cultural and recreational facilities.(5)Four-quadrant map analysis shows that the factors that need to be improved in the living environment of the villages in the study area(high importance-low satisfaction)are mainly reflected in air quality,building density,road hardening facilities,water supply renovation,health room renovation facilities and educational facilities.There are inconsistencies in the evaluation conclusions of the specific indicators of satisfaction,and the same as the three indicators of river treatment status,sewage discharge status and cultural and recreational facilities in the secondary improvement area.(6)The results of single factor analysis showed that the satisfaction of village settlement improvement in the study area has an impact on the gender,age,education level,annual total income and the geographical location of the village,agricultural industry characteristics and cadres' quality and ability.Multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that there were some differences in the influence degree and influence direction of different influencing factors of regional rural human settlements remediation satisfaction,and the specific influence degree and direction of 7 dimensions on rural settlements remediation satisfaction were analyzed in detail.It is suggested to implementation measures for villages,increase the government's targeted capital investment,give full play to the main role of rural residents,the rural residents will play the main role,improve the rural living environment,and achieve the most beautiful living environment.
