With the fast development of the world economy . the speed of financial innovation is faster than the growth ofbarter economy, so the liberalization of trade in financial services has been an inevitable trend No countries and regions can ran around The liberalization of trade in financial services has very deep impaction on the development of the whole world economy and every country economy, However, it is a double-edged sword. As it brings advantages for the country, it also take a series of ventures. To be a member of WTO is a basic symbol of joining the course of liberalization of trade in financial services. Our country has formally join WTO on 11december, 2001. So, the problem which our country has to face is not whether implementing liberalization of trade in financial services . but is how to implement it so mat we can gain the max advantages and minimize the ventures. This paper analyzes the effects of liberalization of financial services in trade from the academic and demonstrational point of view. On the other hand, this paper makes analysis of the present situation in the financial services. Through the analysis about, this paper gives suggestions of the strategic choices of our country. Our country should go on the progressive liberalization with macro economy policies, such as reform of domestic finance, setting of trade barriers and strengthen of supervisor. As the same time, the domestic financial institutions should implement a series of innovations to improve the ability of international competition through increasing the study ability, reforming structure of organization, innovating financial products, etc.
